History

Mountain Investment was created in 2005. Mountain Investment lends in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and expanded into Ontario in 2010. Our portfolio of mortgages is now over 219 and in excess of $15.4 million as at year end August 31, 2023. Since inception, Mountain Investment has consistently achieved positive shareholder returns.
